I love this beautiful peaceful yoga studio. I have been really enjoying learning from all the instructors, they are welcoming to all skill and fitness levels. It feels like a very inclusive environment. I also have really enjoyed getting a therapeutic massage and facials. This location just has so much to offer. I highly recommend this to anybody looking for holistic wellness practices.
Zen Space feels like a home away from home. Immediately upon walking inside there is a calm atmosphere and kind smiles to greet you. Zen Space offers an array of wellness services from acupuncture, yoga, chiropractic, massage and more! I love using and teaching at the yoga studio and its wide variety of classes and teachers! As a business owner inside of Zen Space and consumer, offering holistic mental health services, this is a truly unique experience to heal. Stephanie, the Owner, and all of the individual businesses inside are truly an inspiring and supportive group of people dedicated to the wellbeing of others. Come check us out and ask for a tour ??✨
Zen Space did an awesome group event for 7 of us co-workers! We individually had back massages, acupuncture, massage chairs, wine and a large spread charcuterie to snack on. We really enjoyed this. Has a very, very peaceful environment! Staff very gentle and kind. Business is very clean and is beautifully decorated. Great for group events!!
