Mikaela is an incredible dietitian who is well informed about eating disorders. She is HAES aligned and advocates for her clients. She really works from a team mentality and helps her clients achieve recovery goals by first meeting them where they are and walking alongside them step by step. I have collaborated with her a number of times over the years and I would highly recommend her. She is sweet, kind, knowledgeable, creative, and passionate about what she does.
