Dr. Steve, a board-certified small animal surgeon, and Dr. Anne Van Lue, a Ph.D. in small animal surgeon, work together to perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including soft tissue, neuro, and orthopedic surgeries like FHO and TPLO. The doctors take the time to thoroughly explain patients' conditions and treatment options, making patients feel at ease and not rushed. Dr. Anne Van Lue is wonderful with an amazing bedside manner; she is incredibly kind, attentive, and came across as very knowledgeable and confident. Patients praise the staff's professionalism, expertise, and patience, which has led to successful outcomes and full recoveries. The entire staff is friendly and the facility is clean. The doctors are most concerned with the welfare of your pet and provide clear discharge instructions. Overall, Van Lue Veterinary Surgical is highly recommended for surgical needs due to its exceptional care, expertise, and patient-centered approach.
Our Dog boomer had both ACL’s repaired by Dr Van Lue. He is an amazing surgeon. He really cares about his patients. He called several times after bother surgeries to check on Boomer and make sure that he was progressing well. We definitely felt comfortable with Dr Van Lue and would absolutely recommend him. Boomer is thriving again! Thank you!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this amazing team. Our girl had been suffering for a while after MANY failed attempts at surgery. Finally, we found someone we trusted and our baby is acting like a puppy, only a couple of days after her intense procedure! They maintained open communication and Dr. Van Lue was very honest about what to expect with her. We are just so grateful and definitely recommend Van Lue Surgical. Thank you!!!
What an amazing group of talented and dedicated Drs. and Nurses. Our experience from the first phone call to consultation, to day of surgery. The best experience ever. We have a 13 year old Shih tzu that is the love of our lives and the brother to his sister (litter mate). On surgery date we were welcomed and calmed down as much as possible. The Surgeon and nurse made us feel confident about the procedure and the outcome. The day was awful knowing what our boy was going through, but the Nurse and staff reached out to advise when surgery was going to start and when it was finished. When I say finished i mean when he was ok breathing on his own and alert. When we picked him up they gave a very detailed list of all procedures that were done along with what to expect as well as after care. Our baby had to have a drain placed and we scheduled to have it removed two days later. Again a great experience. Drs. and same Nurse that was with our boy were there to explain everything and re assured us our boy was a champion. We have one last appointment to remove his stitches. I know this will be a great experience as well. Please take this comment very personally. I fully believe that this amazing surgical center for your beloved pets is the absolute best place in the Orlando or surrounding area to go. They are dedicated, compassionate and skilled to handle all your needs. AC
