I am so grateful and impressed with the skill and customer service at Universal Flowers! I called desperate and short on time for an event and had already been turned away from several other florists, which was my own fault. The owner was kind, understanding, and was able to have everything ready just in time!! She also did not charge me a ridiculous amount. I am excited to have a florist!!

I came in and requested flowers be made in 20 minutes. It was for a last second birthday gift.
I waited and it was even quicker than that.
I wanted to spend money at a local shop but I knew last minute was probably not a great idea. I basically had a rough price and colors, that was it.
They were very accommodating and nice. My fiance loved the flowers!
