Love my lashes! It was my very first time in doing this and yes i was scared but my lash tech serene did amazing she talked about what would look good on me. She also was very gentle with me. The place was overall relaxing and clean and very informative on what to do and not to do with new lashes. Definitely can’t wait to go back!

Samantha was my lash stylist . She introduced herself, then brought me to her station or room. I should say to have my lashes done. She sat me down. She showed me different types of lashes. Long short curled up, not too, curled up a lot a little. She showed me different types of Lashes and we spoke about them and I picked the ones that I liked. I did fall asleep while she was putting my lash extensions on lol she’s very kind and told me if I had any questions to call and they’d be happy to help me also on my next appointment that if there’s something I don’t like we can change it. She was again just very kind and patient And very very good at her craft.

Initially, I was not satisfied with my lash extensions. The first set fell out prematurely, and there was a significant lack of communication initially. As a result, I had to return for a touch-up. However, I was impressed with how the team handled the situation. They brought in an expert during my second visit to ensure the lashes were exactly what I wanted. Given my past negative experiences with lash extensions, I have PTSD around getting them done and was very vocal about my concerns.
