Phillip and his team did a great job installing a new water line to my home. They were all very professional and knew what they were doing. The installation was fast and well done. On top of that I have a tortoise in my yard and they were kind enough to be sure to avoid the tortoise home during the installation. I would definitely hire Phillip and his team from Sam T's Plumbing in the future.

This is the second time I've used Sam T's... The plumber was here within 40 minutes of my call (it wasn't even an emergency). He is very professional, very knowledgable, very friendly, very patient. He was great about explaining what was going on, and what he was doing. I would gladly use them again!!!Update: it’s a year later, and I used them again. Same great experience. Phillip came out to diagnose the issues with a leaky garbage disposal on a day when we had company coming in from out of state. Not only did he change out the old unit, helped us to understand the issues with the pipes. He took his time to help us look out for potential problems in the future and told us to call if we needed assistance. He was very professional and super nice. Our crazy summer weekend household didn’t deter him at all from doing an outstanding job and in a great amount of time. Highly recommend.
