James and Justin were awesome. They worked non stop for over 4 hours to get to the bottom of our issue with a clogged sewer pipe. They were friendly courteous and professional. These guys worked their buts off in order to get to the resolution of the problem. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. A+
Oh. My. God!!!!! Incredible service!!! Shoutout to my technician Jonel. Amazing!!! So basically what happened is my washer was shaking and hit the wall and caused the pipe to split and water started spraying everywhere. I called for an emergency and they got me an appointment immediately. They do a great job of keeping you updated as to when your tech ETA. And my technician was incredible! He is so lovely and incredible and he got my problem FIXED!! He did such an amazing job and it didn’t feel like I had a stranger in my home. He made it feel like my dad was helping me fix my pipe issue. He genuinely just wants to get your issue resolved. So kind, lovely, and helpful....read full review
