Zzream from Performance Roofing came out to address some minor repairs on my roof. He was very polite and professional. He conducted a throughout inspection of my roof. As a result, he found the deficiencies in my roof and he corrected the deficiencies. He also found approximately 50 nails that were left on the roof.

This company is honest, thorough, best price i have seen in 5 years of property management. I have used them monthly and they have always been professional, helpful, and do great work. You will not be disappointed.
