I have shop at optical outlet for years. This has never happened to me before. I ordered some glasses. For far and near the warehouse they sent them too keeps sending them back with out fixing the prescription. I have seen 2 doctors 4 times total and I have come 6 times to get them. It been such a waist of time. The works at this location are nice and friendly. So are the doctors but come on. It was sending out again so we will see.

My experience was great .Had some difficulties with my frame but Tre there customer service employ was great called n he took care of the problem with my frames in matter of a day .He is big blessing for optical outlets n i really do recommend him for customer service. We need persons like him with a great personality n very attentive in helping the customers in everything
