I hired KC screen to install a new patio roof. My old uninsulated roof was too hot to sit under in the FL heat. Everyone I dealt with was very kind. If I called they would get back to me within a day. Smooth process and good communication. And the finished product looks great.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience using KC Screen to replace our pool cage. Communication was top notch, the work was excellent and they made great recommendations on dealing with some water issues we had. There was a very minor issue we brought up months later, they came out and fixed it the day after I called at no charge.
I had an excellent experience with this company! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. They were professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable about all the different screen options. The installation was quick, clean, and done with real attention to detail.
