Such a wonderful experience from start to finish!! Great selection to choose from and terrific customer service and assistance in the showroom. John came to measure a few days later. So professional! I scheduled the installation. The installers did a beautiful job. I have to say I AM FLOORED by the beauty of my new floors and the Integrity Laminate Flooring team
John and Randy are extremely helpful and experienced. I had gotten 4 quotes (as well as measurements) - when John measured, he was done in less than 10-15 minutes. The others took much longer and attempted to ‘close’ me that same day. John was respectful and gave us time to review our options, pick samples, and when we said we were ready - he had an amazing installation crew (Freddy and Jeremy) out the next week to get it done. Found their information on Nextdoor (they were highly recommended).
