I recently had the bittersweet experience of visiting this spa under difficult circumstances — my mother had a subscription here and passed away earlier this year. From my very first call, Thea, the Spa Manager, handled everything with remarkable kindness and compassion. She worked patiently with me to cancel the subscription and make the most of the remaining credits on my mom's account.
