My apartment complex has been using this company for three years now. A yearly carpet cleaning is included in the cost of our rent. Elite Steam has been late every single year, and my roommates and I are always left sitting in our apartment for hours on end with our furniture displaced trying to accommodate their schedule.The first year they were an hour and a half late. No big deal. Service was thorough and the technician was kind and apologetic.The second year we signed up for a morning spot (9am-12pm) and after multiple calls back and forth they said they wouldn't make it out until close to 5pm. I scheduled for Monday, June 19, 2023, and was charged $90. The cleaning I had previously for the same exact service was $65. I am not understanding how the same service jumped from $65 to $90. I explained on the call the issue of the discrepancy and felt disregarded. I would not have scheduled if this was going to be the case. When I had scheduled the cost was not explained to me via email of this cost change as well. This is a bad customer service experience.Service: General carpet cleaning

I was very pleased with the service I received from Tony. He was very respectful and friendly. Has Great communication skills. My couch looks Great. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.
