Certified Best Roofing is a locally owned and operated roofing company serving Commercial & Residential property owners throughout Central Florida with trusted roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspections, and emergency roofing services. The team is committed to honest pricing, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. Customers describe their experience as a most enjoyable experience with exceptional customer service. Team members go above and beyond what is expected, explaining everything thoroughly, being very kind and understanding, and remaining patient throughout. The price was better than all others and competitive. The roof replacement was top notch from the first call to request a quote to the last day of installation. Team members help through every step of the process, bring samples to choose the best materials and color scheme, help select the right size and color gutters to maximize curb appeal, and assist with paperwork for an easy approval and a quick permit process. Communication with the insurer was anxiety free. The office staff helpfully answers any questions needed. The whole team made it easy to make a decision, jumped on the project with a lot of rain coming, and the work was very good. They follow up until the job is done, jump to the next step automatically, and the job was done in a great timely manner. The work on the siding above the garage was done to perfection. Customers are extremely pleased and have already recommended them to several friends and neighbors.
