Sandy is more than a massage therapist. She is a true healer who expertly combine her knowledge of western and eastern practices with an intuition only gifted to a few. She's also a lovely human being who makes you feel comfortable instantly, which is so important when someone will be assisting you on your wellness journey. From my first visit, my symptoms have been improving and it is motivating me to continue making changes for my well-being across the board. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are lucky enough to be in the area, she is a necessary addition to everyone's quest for health!

Sandy is in a league of her own. She has an extensive amount of techniques that she utilizes and customizes her sessions accordingly. Sandy has been invaluable in helping me with my shoulder pain and I am so grateful to have met her!

We can't keep Sandy a secret any longer! I was asked to find someone who does myofascial release for some pretty bad muscle and joint pain and run across aim for wellness. Sandy was out of town and still responded to fit me in. From then on, after every session I felt relief. She knows what she is doing (she taught others for years) and she has all this knowledge about surprising connections across the body that effectively get to the root cause.
