Denise the manager and Sofia were amazing. I waited until 12/31 to get my prescription filled and the script I received from the dr was incomplete. Denise called and spoke to them and asked to send a new script same day as insurance would cover. Both of the ladies were awesome, professional and friendly. My new glasses will be ready in a couple of days! Thank you

My wife had the lenses replaced in her favorite glasses at the Walmart Vision Center in Osprey FL. Denise Fridenmaker greeted us, made us feel at home, and was very professional and precise in measuring for the lens replacement. She explained the various options and ensured all our questions were answered. She made the experience both pleasant and professional. Quite honestly we did not expect such good service in a department store.
