She is very professional and ensures to ask you several questions to make sure you feel safe and know what to expect from her services. I have to say, her electrolysis skills are outstanding! I really did not feel any pain, nor did I have any redness the day after. My first visit will not be my last. Even more impressive, the day after, Colleen sent me a text, to inquire how I was feeling after the treatment. Honestly, superb customer service. “My mother and I had the most amazing Head Spa Experience today!! The ladies were very friendly and listened to all requests. From the moment it started, I felt all the stress melt away. The pressure was perfect—gentle yet effective—and the technique was clearly well-practiced. It not only relaxed my scalp and neck but also helped relieve a lingering headache I had. The mini facial lightly exfoliated and moisturized my skin, leaving it feeling so soft.
The ambiance was calming, with soft music and a peaceful setting that enhanced the whole experience. I walked out feeling refreshed, lighter, and surprisingly energized. Highly recommended for anyone needing a moment of pure relaxation and mental clarity. I’ll definitely be coming back! We also got wonderful pedicures last week! “This place is fantastic! My husband and I go for massages with Agnieska. She is so intuitive to your ailments and hones in on your pain. She is my “go-to” when I need help. Nancy, Beth and Liz are at the front of store. They always are so welcoming and loving just like family. They sell products from the smallest crystal to the largest singing bowl and everything in-between. The whole atmosphere is so spiritual that I am always drawn to buy something. I cannot begin to explain how lovely this store/spa is. You must experience it for yourself.“

“Helene is brilliant! I found this gem on spaweek.com and am SO HAPPY with my treatments. I had a combination massage and facial, which was quite a bargain. She started with a nice body scrub, then a very relaxing deep tissue massage. She really did an amazing job on my 'stress knots'. After the massage (I was in Heaven) she cleansed and moisturized my face and décolletage. My skin GLOWED, and my body felt like a limp noodle when I left. Complete BLISS!! Thank you Helene!
