After dealing with a musty smell coming through my vents for the past year, I reached out to Points Services A/C. Dustin showed up on time, was easy to communicate with, and had my unit cleaned up in no time. The musty smell is gone and my unit is clean. Great service and highly recommend.
A+ on efficiency, responsiveness, communication, attentiveness, pricing, and professionalism. We hired Point Services Air Conditioning for a 3 ton AC and air handler replacement. He came same day for an estimate. Got the estimate to me that night. I told him it was a GO and he had us scheduled for full install 2 days out. He and his crew were great, even sweeping up some feet tracking thru the day, and removed all debris. They insulated our drain, which I was impressed by.
