Frank performed the initial viewing of microbial growth at our house. Dan worked with me on scheduling, and both were great to work with. Frank was professional, helpful, well-organized and he thoroughly explained the entire process. He was very patient with my energetic, overly-excited kiddos. :) He wasn't even scheduled to come to our house, but made time to stop by. Dan went above and beyond to help me get started on getting our water issue corrected. Frank and Dan both went out of their way for us, and I am very happy with the service they provided.
I am writing this review for my parents who recently used United Water Restoration Group. They were very pleased with their attention to detail, quick response and efficiency. They would highly recommend United Water Restoration Group for anyone seeking help with any water damage to their home.
Cedric and Ethan did a great job throughout the whole process from start to finish. They were very professional and provided and explained what they were doing from start to finish. The customer service they provided was outstanding. Great Job!!!
