Great customer service. Anytime I have questions or concerns they address them in a timely manner. JB and his staff are top notch. Highly recommend and i have, my brother and girlfriend both now have their services.
My lawn was looking very good and my new lawn and pest company sprayed and 10 days later my lawn was dying and looking terrible. They would not respond to my calls. I contacted Toucan and they very promptly treated my lawn and it is improving and looking much better.
JB stopped by from Toucan to deal with some dead grass issues I was running into on my lawn. Even though I use a sprinkler system, he asked me to do a simple test by placing small aluminum cans on the dry areas and if they were filled after the sprinkler cycle. Lo and behold the cans were empty after the cycle and I've contacted my sprinkler guy to come and adjust the heads to get adequate watering. His recommendation was awesome and so is Toucan!
