My little pup has been going to Shadow Lakes and Dr. Cooper for 4 years. Great staff, very efficient and caring. Everything is explained fully and thoroughly. We use their well-care program to help provide year-round care at a discounted rate. I highly recommend them!
Isabella had her first check up since she was adopted in July for her annual vaccinations. Dr Laura Rawls was very kind, thorough and took excellent care of my new furry friend. Her nails were cut, anal glands expelled and full overall wellness check up with bloodwork Dr Rawls called today with her clean bill of health from her blood work. They have an annual plan with reasonable prices. Dr Cooper is my original vet and he is still there, just off on Fridays. All the staff an=re loving and compassionate too.
Outstanding service. They always go above and beyond. Casey was exceptional making for a great experience. Dr. Jeff Cooper is also outstanding by taking the time to fully explain everything. Our pet warmed up to Casey and Dr Jeff Cooper. I would highly recommend Shadow Lake Animal Hospital.
