Honestly I'm not sure which Concierge care location. My husband is an ORMC Cancer patient. Concierge called me out if the blue to offer care BUT immediately told me it would be out of pocket. He is fully covered by Humana.. medicaid and FL extra help

FINE! But they had the audacity to state in patient notes that I randomly refused their help. NO I told you be is fully covered and hubby pays nothing out of pocket

If your looking for Consistency stay away from this agency. I had to cancel three of the 6days because they sent three different caregivers in a three day period and it was like I was doing all the work myself because I had to show them where everything they needed for my 94 year old mother....better off with private care because you get to Choose your caregiver not them and why give them 1/3 of there hourly rate when it would be alot cheaper and much better consistency with private care.

8:16 am an employee of concierge home care car pulls into Starbucks in illegal turn Palm Coast . Do they not know it’s for safety reasons they can’t make illegal turn IER-T80 license plate . Even businesses don’t follow rules. Do the right thing !
