“I truly thought I had no hope of ever correcting the awful eyeliner, that someone did over 10 years ago! The person who claimed to be professional, used a carbon ink on my eyes and the ink had started smearing and running down my eye like I had a black eye!! Also one line was thick and uneven, and I felt so unattractive. One of my friends told me about this woman, who was very talented, and the best in her business, with many years of experience.
She had actually showed her a picture of my awful eyeliner, and she told me to make an appointment with her, if anyone could help me, she’d be the one to do it. I went in and met Dee, the woman who owned Permanent Cosmetic, and I was in awe of this beautiful woman, who looked years younger than her age. She examined my eyes, and knew immediately who had done them, simply because of his reputation of messing so many women up. Dee was very kind told me that she had to fix several of this man’s botch jobs. For the first time, I had hope and trusted Dee to take care of my eyes. All I can say is that Dee is a miracle worker, who is top notch and knows exactly what she needed to do. I am sooooo GRATEFUL and can’t say enough about Dee and her talent.
