I have been going to Lisa for more than a year and and credit her with a great return of my mobility. Her expertise with myofascial release and her ability to switch to other deep tissue massage techniques as needed have helped me greatly. I’ve been being treated by Lisa for nearly 5 years. She is a true professional and her muscle inter-relationship’s knowledge lends to here expertise; and the excellence of the massage. Muscles have inter connectivity that she uses to your advantage to address muscle stress and strain. She always seeks agreement to the nature of the massage in terms of the nature of aggressive approach. You get to say too little or too much.
