I fell hard on my elbow recently. I thought I broke something. I went to see my Dr. at Insight Chiropractic. He provided a thorough exam, and sent me for x-Rays. We confirmed it was serious but no fractures were seen.
We started with ice and Laser to rapidly reduce pain. Another visit he adjusted my elbow and that helped a lot. My elbow still could not bend all the way or have the strength I once had. He then switched to shockwave and physical therapy and in just three weeks my elbow feels great and the range of motion is almost fully restored.
