“Absolutely STUNNING workmanship by Joe Capers and his team. We purchased a very special home that was designed by the original (and only inhabitants) before us -- an artist and an architect -- and built over 40 years ago by one of the best builders in our area at the time. Out of respect for the home's legacy, we have been carefully renovating it. We decided to replace the second floor carpet with hardwood and asked Joe if he could make it match the downstairs' red oak floor. Not only did Joe and his team match it, but they exceeded all expectations with their quality and detail. Just look at the way they finished the border around the spiral staircase! The end product is an absolute work of ART. We learned later that Capers renovated the floors in Rockefeller's Casements home in Ormond Beach. I really don't know how anyone else could have done a better job. If you need a new floor, you will be blessed to have Capers do the work.“

“I had been wanting to take out my tub and put in a walk in shower but I didn't like the prefab ones, especially for the price. I stopped into Halifax Tile one day and talked to John. He made it seem doable so we picked out some tile and set up a time to do it. John had a great selection of tile. We picked a beautiful one and called Jim Stroh, the plumber John recommended. The whole project was completed on time and without a hitch. I love my new bathroom!“

Rod’s carpet and flooring workers were excellent putting down the flooring.“
