You walk into a tranquil atmosphere that resets your day. Venessa greets you with a calm welcome. She asks you questions that will help you specifically and then she allows you to get comfortable. Just let her know if its deep enough or need more as you go. Very relaxing as well as she finds tense muscles, then works on them to to release. After she advises drink plenty of water and will add a personal note depending on your specific situation. Definitely recommended to others.
