I called to schedule the earliest available appointment about 3 months ago. Then I was notified (not asked) that they would be changing my appointment to the following week a few days before my appointment was originally scheduled. On the day of my appointment I waited for 4 hours (the length of the arrival window). After waiting another 30 min just to allow for a grace period, I called to inquire. The operator who answered had zero information about my appointment and could not help me determine whether anyone was coming. I didn't hire this company,my builder did (Fretwell), and I'm glad he did! They not only did a great job,they totally cleaned up everything when they were done. What was most appreciated were the great suggestions and advice from both Marco and Dustin about smarter ways to do a few things with the electrical. These guys were thinking all the time,and very courteous and professional. If I need anything in the future after this house is done,my first call will be to this company,and I hope I get these same electricians. The best way to evaluate a company is how their employees perform,and especially their attitudes. And, for this reason a five star rating is not only well earned,but actually an understatement!
