This place is a small business, so yes patience is needed. We have found with my agency their prices and customer service is not just on par, but a birdie or better among others. The poor reviews received here are not our experience. Yes, they could do better with communication or social media updates like Facebook; however, they still are deserving of praise for their dedication to the customer to ensure quality. In short- overpriced. In long- 1 small item such as a patch can cost up to$30+, there rarely is new items on the website or a fresh selection (I mainly aim for Indiana patches, they have 1-2 but nothing exciting). They sometimes will have decent patches for sale, if you are willing to drain your bank account a few figures.

I can’t explain how professional and efficient this company is when it comes to quality products. I ordered challenge coins, plaques, for different marketing purposes and I have absolutely nothing but great things to say! Patch plaque is awesome as well!
