Bertine is a "Specialist" not a hairdresser per se. She does amazing work. She will listen to you. Write down what was done and REFER to it each time. You know how many hairdressers do not! I not only interviewed her but her clients also (I'm madly picky because so many salons have ruined my hair) So many of her clients have stayed with her for over 10 years and their hair looks fantastic. Mine does too now. She is friendly (shy at first) but when she gets going she is hysterical. I love her and all her clients do too. (I couldn't believe my eyes to see how many presents she and her kids received for Christmas) 1 problem to HER is her business is so hard to find at first (or maybe it's just me) She's next to Tropical Willies, UPSTAIRS from an insurance place who will only allow her a tiny sign (my gps kept saying HERE,HERE,HERE) but to no avail. I had to call her to walk me through directions step by step can you say blonde, duh. Her prices are very reasonable. I had one hairdresser that charged me a la carte. No kidding. I had to pay if I wanted my hair to be conditioned twice, when she put toner in my hair and even if I wanted my hair blown dry straight NO straight iron, that would have cost more too. UGH Anything you want to ask me about this salon, or any other business, I will always tell you the truth. I DO NOT get any deals for reviewing the business I go to.
