Really, worst experience at a vet I ever had. 8 hour wait in my car with my dog. Had to use an outhouse to go to the bathroom. Got charged over $300 and just spoke to the vet on the phone because they would that let me talk to her in person. They just have one vet handling emergencies and doing walk ins absolutely ridiculous.

don't try to cancel your wellness plan....I'm still trying after 3 months of taking $85.90 out of my bank account. That's $250 they are not supposed to have taken. They keep telling me they will email me the form to sign....didn't. Today I was told they would fax it to me...STILL WAITING!!!!!! Looks like a lawsuit might be in order!

I am so sorry to say that since Dr. Sukhija sold the business a year ago things have gone downhill. All the original Vets have moved on and there is only one new Vet between the two offices. Beth the office manager in the Ormond Beach office is a very nice person and I wish her well but I would not recommend this or the Port Orange office to anyone. Time to move on!!
