I was recently in the area for Christmas. I unfortunately locked my entire key ring in my trunk in a rush to put everything in my car. I was in a panic since I've not done anything like this EVER. I googled locksmith service and found A Locksmith Service. Roger answered the phone right away. He was extremely pleasant and reassuring since I was in full blown holiday panic over this. He arrived very quickly and opened my trunk super quick. He also made a few extra keys for me on site so that I can stash them elsewhere to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Wow!! Call them first if you need a locksmith! Re-keyed my deadbolt and made 4 copies of the key in about 20 min and was extremely reasonably priced. Happy customer here will use their services again if needed!

I called them on Friday. The person who answered the phone was less than friendly, and said the Scheduler would call me back, He (Randy) did later, and he was also unfriendly, with a flat affect to his voice like he could have cared less. He asked me to send 8 pics of the 2 doors and locks, which I did promptly. It is now Monday and I've heard nothing from them! Apparently they are too busy and successful(?) to bother about customer service.
