Chris is an awesome professional. We got stranded on 528 West Bound right after 520 exit with no closer exits. It was a cold night in January . Chris instructed us to secure the vehicle on the highway and he would tow it to the service place. He kept us posted on his progress. When he dropped off the vehicle at the service place he filled the form for the mechanic on what was wrong and took pictures of the van before he left it in the parking.
