A local (DMV) service person suggested ordering the needed printer part from this business. Tiffany answered the phone and was very helpful. I ordered it on Thursday and it showed up on my porch on Saturday. Works great in my older all-in-one.
I called a couple of recommended plotter repair companies - one blew me off and HP wanted $695 for a visit. So I found Xelar/Printer Repair USA off google. What an awesome and professional company. Tech came out next day and fixed our plotter in a few minutes. Gave us recommendations for the future so we can keep our cheapie HP plotter working. We truly appreciate the help and you can trust them. Highly recommended
