Absolutely outstanding experience at the Outpatient Women’s Imaging Center at Winnie Palmer. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and completely at ease. The entire staff was kind, professional, and incredibly thoughtful — they understand how to create a calm and supportive environment for women.
The space itself is clean, quiet, and beautifully designed to make you feel comfortable. Every step of the process was explained with care and compassion, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. It’s rare to feel this cared for during a medical appointment, but they’ve truly set the bar.

From start to finish, this experience was great. All the staff were friendly and competent. They all introduced themselves and explained everything they were doing and what I should expect. They took great care of me.

This is the 2nd time we have had to come here and both times have encountered great people. Staff that are courteous and polite. These people are so nice, friendly and always at the ready to answer a question and meet a need. The doctors are experienced & knowledgeable with great bedside manners. The office is clean through and through. The pre surgery prep area is also very clean and detailed. It is so efficiently run, impressive. The waiting area is great, they even make fresh pots of coffee all day, along with a tea kettle running for tea drinkers. There is a cafeteria and also a Subway café inside the hospital that are not bad. There is a free parking lot across the street and they also offer valet parking. If needed, hope not, but if, this place will be great.
