I have meet with four psychiatrist/psychologist in the past for my military related mental health issues. Dr. Vonetes is the fifth and by far the best. His demeanor quickly puts you at ease. Dr. V really listens and has a suttle way to draw out deep rooted issues. Before leaving he offers suggestions to work on and/or think through, along with encouragement and hope.
This was my first appointment talking about anything regarding mental health. Dr. Vonetes was very personable and easy to talk to right away and made my appointment very comfortable, I was able to talk about stressful events/emotions that did not make me feel as stressed as I do even when talking with relatives/friends.
