What a pleasant surprise! Dr. Caro and his team are amazing. I don't recall ever visiting a primary care physician and being treated with so much respect, warmth, and kindness. Regular patients were greeted by name as they walked through the door. I waited only about 15 minutes before a nurse began my appointment, and I was never rushed — all my questions were answered in detail. My nurse explained that they allot a full hour for each patient's appointment.

My visit to the VIP Care in Lake Underhill today, was outstanding. The respect and care from all of the staff is felt. A special mention to their nurse practitioner, Melissa Beltran, who took the time and care to explain everything to me in exceptional detail. This staff has provided the best medical care I have received.
