Dr. Fife is very thorough in explaining conditions and providing detailed discharge instructions with pictures. Dr. Torres is an outstanding Veterinarian eye specialist. She is kind and compassionate, takes her time with the examination, explains everything along the way and provides us, the pet parents, much reassurance and a sense of confidence that our dog is in very good hands. She was so good with our cocker spaniel who can be difficult at times. Our dog has had some peculiar behaviors/symptoms lately. She was able to not only figure out the problem (a neurological issue and an allergy issue) but she explained it thoroughly and made very good recommendations, a prescription and a good plan of care. Orlando veterinary eye institute is fantastic! They make you fee extremely comfortable from the moment you walk into the door until after the procedure throughout the checkout process. They truly care. My dog was blind from cataracts and they were able to remove one of the cataracts so he can see out of one eye instead up not being able to see you for the rest of his life. they made his life in my life, much better! I will definitely use them again for any of my other pets in need I highly recommend them.
