I set the appointment although I was not at the house at the time of service. My wife greeted Art and he briefly explained his business and started to work. My was pleased with his professionalism, work performance and being on time as scheduled - was actually early with an alert and approved. If the appearance stays the same while drying then she is completely satisfied and stated that Art's process was better than any other carpet service that she has witnessed. Great job!

Art and his team did an amazing job. We have been wanting to give our tile a deep clean since we moved in but with all the other “move in” projects it went on the back burner. 4 years later we finally got it done and we could not be happier. The team gave an upfront and honest quote via email which I was able to approve at my convenience (no pressure or hard close) all via email.After I approved we set up a date and they sent me a reminder. They showed up when they said they would and completed the entire job that day. They even moved much of the furniture so I did not have to. The tile looks amazing and I got the sealer so I hope it stays this nice for years to come....read full review
