Hands down my new favorite salon! I didn’t just want pretty nails, I wanted to be able to take care of them. The staff is so polite and good. If you have questions or you don’t like something they are very receptive and very good at explaining to you. Bryan (I might have misspelled) is master of dip and nail health! But like I said before the entire staff is amazing!
On September 9, 2022 I went in to have my manicure and pedicure done. I was with my two boys ages 18 and 16 and they have autism they were sitting on the couch watching there tablets when we came into the nail salon it was pouring rain and we had an umbrella I didn’t notice where my son place the umbrella but I guess he placed it on the couch. Once we left the owner noticed that the couch was wet he asked the girl that took care of me to call me and asked if one of my son urinated on himself and I told her no both of my kids are dry. He made it a point to tell my nail technician to call me again and to tell me that I am not allowed to bring my kids into that establishment anymore all because my kids put an umbrella on the seat. Not only is he discriminating but that is despicable to think that you’re going to banish to autistic kids out of your establishment just because they put an umbrella on the couch. I was a loyal customer always spent over $100 every time I went in and this is what you get for appreciation of loyal customers to tell them they are not allowed to bring the kids into the nail salon. As of now they lost me as a customer because if my kids are not allowed to come into a place then I’m not allowed to come in either. If you don’t want kids in your establishment then put a sign outside the door that says no kids allowed because of my kids can’t go in the no other kids should be able to go in.
Definitely recommend this spa, members are amazing and your results of nails are just as amazing as the vibe everyone here give 👏🏻🤗
