I brought in a pair of loafers to have rubber half soles installed. When I stopped by around noon on Friday, the work had not yet been completed as originally discussed, but the team assured me they could finish it within 20 minutes and they did.
Unfortunately, the initial half soles they installed were a bit too thick for my thinner-soled loafers. When I brought this to their attention, they immediately offered to make it right. They asked me to come back in an hour and they removed the original soles, and replaced them with a much thinner option at no additional charge.
