The staff members were very kind and caring. Leona and Rose were especially comforting during a difficult time. Thank you to Richard for going above and beyond to arrange the treatment my family member needed. Your compassion and support were truly appreciated.
My overall experience from this facility was decent. There are a few things I want to point out. Firstly, patients are locked out of their rooms during the day so we can’t lay down. We do a lot of tiring activities (Going to the gym for example) and it’s only natural that people need to lay down in rest. I personally have fallen asleep on the ground in the hallway and I’ve seen other patients do the same throughout the day. I think everyone should have the right to rest as needed just like going to the bathroom. We mostly color all day and it is extremely tedious. Honestly feels like nobody wants to come over i miss the staff techs nurses doctors and the people I've met one Latino made me happy even though took my glasses and I have new glasses and I pray everyday hope everyone have a good year ttyl and thank you to the officer who backeract me and go slytherns nurse and all that Jazz one of my favorite phrases
