I needed another spare key to my house and after a quick call, I had one in about 30 minutes. Service was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ve used other locksmiths in the area before and this was by far my best experience. Easy 5 star review and recommendation to anyone needing a key or locksmith service!

Oren is amazing, so kind and great customer service. I lost my car key inside Aquatica and had to leave my car overnight since I tried to go home and locate a spare key. I called Universal Locksmiths at midnight and Oren understood my dilemma and described the prices of coming out right now versus in the morning. I said thank you and that I would wait until the morning since my car is still at the Aquatica parking lot. I will note I called three other locksmiths and no technician answered or called me so I know Universal Locksmiths really is 24/7 even at all hours of the night. I had an emergency while on vacation and Orien (I apologize if misspelled) came to my resort and was first class in getting me a new set of keys. He was very transparent and walked me through the entire process.
