Dr. Juan Colon and the team have cared for Coco since three months old, including Coco's spay. From day one, the way Dr. Colon connected with Coco felt like magic. Paired with a warm, exceptionally professional staff, this clinic gives me complete peace of mind. You don't just leave your pet in good hands—you leave them with family
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care we received at this clinic, especially from Keila, who stayed with us throughout our visit yesterday.
My cat is extremely fearful and anxious, and veterinary visits can be incredibly stressful for him. From the very beginning, Keila treated him with an extraordinary level of patience, gentleness, compassion, and respect. She understood that he was scared and never made him feel like he was simply another patient who needed to be rushed through an appointment. The care and affection she showed him — and the kindness she showed me throughout the entire process — meant more to me than I can possibly put into words.

Dr. Colom, Angela, Thomas, and the rest of his staff have been exceptionally knowledgeable and kind, always providing the best possible care for our dogs. We also love the remodeling in their office; it feels so much nicer than it did under the previous ownership of this practice. We are constantly recommending Universal Animal Clinic and wish them great success.
