Today I had my hot tub purged by Unique. Their associates came on time and were very pleasant and professional to work with. They went over what they had done and what I should be doing on my part to keep my hot tub up and running. They answered all my questions and concerns to ensure I understood how to keep my hot tub in working order. Thanks again so much you guys were pleasant to work with.

I walked in the warehouse within 10 seconds I was free by Lorenzo, I showed him what I needed within 2 minutes he had the part explained how it worked and I was on my way! Thank you very much Lorenzo, nice meeting you!

Awsome company bought pool during covid .I've have very few problems but when I have they have always bent over backwards to make me a satisfied customer. Thanks for the great service.
