Patients have consistently reported excellent care and service, with readily available appointments and knowledgeable staff. The Behavioral Health department, in particular, has been praised for its supportive and accepting environment, which is crucial for students navigating the transition to college.
In addition to medical care, SHS also provides free flu shots, further demonstrating their dedication to the well-being of the UCF community. The ER staff at UCF Lake Nona are professional, compassionate, kind, caring, and enjoy their jobs. Melissa the head nurse, doctor Seto, and their team of amazing nurses and MRI specialists went above and beyond to care for us during our visit. I highly recommend this facility for any and all emergency medical needs.
