This place is amazing! I haven’t been to a salon in over a year but the process to schedule an appointment was very easy and I appreciated them checking up on me to make sure the booking went through. I really liked the welcoming atmosphere of the salon and loveddd my haircut by Alexandra. She was very easy to talk to and made the entire process great from start to finish.

I called last minute because I have a big event this week and completely forgot to book my hair appointment. Lisa was AMAZING! My schedule wasn’t lining up with their availability, but instead of just saying they couldn’t fit me in, she asked for pictures of my hair, helped me figure out what I actually needed, and made it happen!
What impressed me the most is that nowadays it’s so hard to find this kind of customer service. Someone who genuinely wants to help you and never makes you feel like you’re being a burden.

I came in with a group of 9 girls for our soon to be brides bachelorette trip, we all did the Glow & Go service. The head spa was absolutely euphoric! Ashley was my service provider, and she killed it. She was so sweet, attentive, knowledgeable and had me feeling so relaxed from beginning to end of our session. 10/10 recommend, today was such a luxury. Come see these angels at Tres Ivanhoe!
