Tow Pros of Orlando is the worse towing company ever. My vehicle was towed from my residence for not having a parking sticker. Even though they claim to have 24 hour service, it took them three hours to answer the phone. The guy I spoke to was incredibly rude, condescending. Then he tried to tell me that I needed permission from the property manager to pick up my car. When I told him that I was coming with the impound fee right now to pick up my vehicle, his reply was "Good Luck." He also hung up on me when I wouldn't listen to the pack of lies he was giving which were excuses to keep my veh8cle longer. I threatened to call Orange County Police Depatment and report the vehicle stolen. Some of the other reviews are familiar. They do try to scam you. They are disgustingly rude. They do lie to you and try to bully you into keeping your car longer to rack up the impound fees. After he hung up on me, I was able to Messenger him which provides written documentation of the incident. I'm not sure what the resolution will be, but I'm going to take this as far as I can. If you cannot do business ETHICALLY AND RESPECTFULLY then you shouldn't be doing business at all!!
