I bought a Groupon for my daughter’s birthday as a gift for mani pedi. She said her techs name was Mel and she was wonderful! She expressed how cool and friendly Mel was to her and that they were just chatting it up the whole time. She always never liked nail salons that much cause every time she would go they would mess up a design or polish she wanted and never made her feel comfortable. But she said Mel was very talented and answered all her questions about after care for her nails. Thank you Mel for your outstanding customer service and professionalism . We will be back for a dad and daughter spa day!

I can't say enough great things about this English-speaking nail salon! The customer service was truly 5 stars, and they did an amazing job on both my manicure and gel pedicure. This is officially my go-to spot whenever I’m in or near Orlando from now on. Highly recommend!

Savannah was very nice to my picky self! Helped me with a french manicure on my little natural nails and made sure I left happy. The place was clean, organized and I'm not surprised they were booked so make sure to make an apt. Thanks again.
