Couldn’t be happier. Very honest, genuine, experienced, man who got the job done (Palm stump grind) within 2hrs of the initial call. He did a GREAT job, VERY quickly, and for a VERY reasonable price. I wish all my service techs were like Tom. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Had committed to paver company for large paver contract. Lead paver guy recommended I call Tom to grind down roots on a large live oak tree to allow pavers to lay flat across entire width of drive way where it passed next to the tree. Minimum lead time remained before paver job was scheduled. Called Tom - he was on the job in 2 days with a large self-propelled stump grinder machine that even had remote control for operator safety. He was very knowledgeable about how much he could safely remove without risking tree damage. He took measurements, described exactly what he would do and offered a fair price.
